We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and safely across Bangladesh. Below are the details of our delivery and shipping processes.

1. Delivery Areas and Shipping Charges We deliver to all locations across Bangladesh through our trusted third-party courier partners.

Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT (Note: Shipping charges may vary based on product weight or special promotional offers, which will be visible during checkout.)

2. Delivery Timeline

Inside Dhaka City: Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation.
Outside Dhaka City (Rest of Bangladesh): Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
Please note: Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to government holidays, political disruptions, or extreme weather conditions. We will inform you if any significant delays occur.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a SMS confirmation or a tracking ID. You can also track your package directly using the "Track Order" button on our website footer.

4. Delivery Policy & Inspection

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please check the package in front of the delivery agent. If the package appears severely damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and immediately report it to our hotline.

5. Unclaimed or Undelivered Packages

If the courier partner is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. If you still want the products, a new shipping fee may apply for reshipping.
